The Diligence File Framework

Principles
Everyone in an organization needs to be working with the same expectations. Developing diligence principles is key to establishing a shared foundation for performing diligence. The Diligence File provides ideas, strategies, and resources for establishing diligence principles and for using diligence to support your existing principles.
Culture & People
To establish and maintain diligence principles and behavior an organization needs to support its people with a culture of diligence. A culture of diligence recognizes and values diligence behaviors and encourages and rewards that behavior. Leaders set expectations and guide by example. The Diligence File explores concepts and strategies for establishing and maintaining a culture of diligence.
PAR Diligence Strategy
The PAR Diligence Strategy is a proprietary strategy that is practical and flexible. The strategy can accommodate internal diligence directives, industry practices, and regulatory requirements. The PAR Diligence Strategy provides a framework for meeting diligence needs and allows you to teach people to perform effective diligence.
